I. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
Application Timeframe
Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days upon receipt of the order. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
Product Requirements
All returned or exchanged items must be in brand-new, unworn, unwashed, and unironed condition, with all original tags, care labels, and dust bags intact.
Hygiene-sensitive items (e.g., undergarments, hosiery) and custom-made products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, unless they arrive with quality defects.
The original packaging must be undamaged and free of stains to ensure the item is suitable for resale.
Required Documentation

II. Step-by-Step Return & Exchange Process
Submit Your Request

Name, size, and quantity of the item(s) to be returned or exchanged

Request Review & Confirmation
Our customer service team will respond to your email within 1-2 business days to notify you of the review result.
Approved Request: The email will include the return address and a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the return package.
Rejected Request: The customer service team will explain the specific reasons. You may supplement the required materials and resubmit the request if needed.
Ship the Item Back
Please send the package within 3 business days after receiving the approval email. The shipping fee policy is as follows:
Quality-related issues (e.g., fabric damage, craftsmanship defects, wrong item/size delivered): Aria Muse will cover the return shipping cost. The fee will be reimbursed in the form of a gift card or store credit after we receive the package, provided you submit a valid shipping receipt.

Warehouse Inspection & Processing
Our warehouse team will inspect the returned items within 2 business days upon receipt.
Inspection Passed: The refund or exchange process will be initiated.
Inspection Failed (items do not meet the return requirements): We will notify you via email, and the package will be shipped back to you at your own cost.
III. Refund & Exchange Processing Time
Refund Process
Once the inspection is passed, our customer service team will initiate the refund within 3-5 business days.

Exchange Process
